Ian Tomlins, Managing Director
Ian has worked with Concept for since its inception and has been instrumental in designing and implementing strategies to realise the company’s sales ambitions for the Concept agency management solution and services.
Ian, who has an extensive background in selling business solutions to advertising agencies, is a well known and respected figure amongst agency professionals having himself come from the industry where he started his career as a group accountant and then computer manager. Ian moved to Concept from then rival, Adserve.
As Concept’s managing director Ian is responsible for sales and services strategy and execution together with overseeing customer retention, client services and product strategy and direction.
Bernie Burrows, Development Director
Bernie has been closely involved with the growth and development of the Concept agency management system for more than 10 years. Prior to that Bernie fulfilled a number of software development roles in industries including property management, insurance and construction both in Australia and the UK. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Curtin University, Perth.
As Concept’s development director Bernie is responsible for product strategy and direction.
Keith Bates,Chairman
Keith Bates has been at the forefront of the technology industry for 25 years and is a co-founder of the company that first developed the Concept agency management solution. As chairman of Concept Integrated Systems, Keith oversees the strategic planning and direction of the company.
Keith is also chairman of the Cloud Computing Centre, where Concept is hosted and managed.
Simon Gurney, Finance Director
Simon was appointed Finance Director of Concept Integrated Systems in 2000. He is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, legal and investor relations.
Simon is a proven financial accounting professional bringing over 20 years of extensive financial, company start-up, venture capital and general management experience to Concept Integrated Systems. Simon is an ACA and has held a variety of senior financial management positions during his career.
